I work in small scale, choosing the loveliest fruits at their peak. The fruits are purchased directly from Israeli farmers from the Galilee in the north to the Negev in the south. I make my products from fresh and natural ingredients, without any use of chemicals and industrial preservatives.

Figs Confit is a delicacy made with a lot of patience. It is a gentle yet rich product which make a great addition to a tray of aromatic cheeses or can served ontop of a meat, roast or pate.
